Men's Golf Opens Season at Franklin Pierce Fall Invitational

KEENE, N.H. - The Saint Michael's College men's golf team opened its season at the two-day Franklin Pierce University Fall Invitational on Sunday at Keene Country Club, competing alongside seven programs that qualified for the NCAA Atlantic/East Regional Championship last spring. The Purple Knights are 13th among 14 squads heading into day two.

TEAM RESULTS

  • Seven of the 14 schools qualified for the 2021 NCAA Atlantic/East Regional Championship.
  • The Purple Knights totaled 330 strokes, within 25 of regional qualifier Saint Thomas Aquinas (N.Y.) College.
